Hourly Rates (A la carte)

For hourly rates (A la carte), I can be available on an hourly basis for smaller projects or general odds and ends. Clients are billed at the end of the month for hours used in 15-minute increments. All new clients will pay a 50% deposit upfront before work begins. This will be deducted from first monthly invoice. All subsequent months will be billed at the end of the month with payment expected upon receipt. (Note: A % penalty will be applied to invoice if not paid within ten days of receipt.)

Monthly Retainer

Monthly retainer packages offer a discounted hourly rate of 10% and reserve 8 or more hours a month for the client. Retainers are paid in advance and due at the beginning of the month. All hours are tracked and counted against the retainer. Time over the retainer hours will be billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly retainer rate. ALL retainer hours expire at months end.

Projects

For those tasks/social events that require more planning, we can either meet in person or discuss via phone. We will determine all aspects of your project – from the décor, overall look and feel of the event, timeline, proposed expenses, selection of vendors and check-in points. Everything will be mapped out and accessed, thus a quote for all proposed work will be provided ahead of time. A 50% deposit is expected prior to the start of our project. The balance will be billed upon completion of the project with payment due upon receipt.
